HAVE YOU COMPLETED THE MENTORME! TRAINING PROGRAM?

We have five different levels of contract employee staffing, depending on your skills and experience. All persons looking to work with We Shall Read must have successfully completed the WSR-provided MentorMe! training program and be Certified as a BFR™ Reading Interventionist. 

1. Mentor - this person is looking to get started with WSR after completing the MentorMe! program and becoming a WSR-Certified BFR™ Reading Interventionist. A WSR Mentor will develop skills by mentoring trainees in future trainings, either privately or during the training sessions.
2. Senior Mentor- this person has spent at least 6 months (or has equivalent experience) mentoring trainees. In addition to mentoring, Senior Mentors will be able to provide more in-depth coaching and may also assist during virtual group coaching call breakout rooms, family workshops or other events. Senior Mentors must be comfortable working with and have the program content knowledge to be able to work with small groups and answer questions with little preparation.  
3. Junior Facilitator- this person has a more in-depth knowledge of the MentorMe! program and is skilled with mentoring and coaching trainees. Junior Facilitators are enrolled in the WSR Train-the-Trainer program. They may be invited to present portions during MentorMe! training courses, assist at family events or workshops, and provide on-site mentoring for new trainees in the field working with collaborating non-profits. They are getting comfortable presenting to larger groups, fielding questions and running all aspects of a training on-site.  
4. Lead Facilitator- after a minimum of one year (or equivalent experience) and completion of the WSR Train-the-Trainer program, a Junior Facilitator may apply for Lead Facilitator. This person has demonstrated complete mastery and knowledge of mentoring and training candidates of the MentorMe! program. A Lead Facilitator will be expected to independently run and supervise a MentorMe! training and will be comfortable answering questions posed by trainees. They can oversee training programs in different regions or with different program partners.   
5. Master Facilitator- This person is comfortable with all Lead Facilitator roles and responsibilities, plus has an expert level understanding of the Brain Friendly Reading™ curriculum. They have demonstrated a high degree of competency in all components of the MentorMe! reading training program and has demonstrated well-developed presentation skills with both large and small groups.
